摘要
介绍了在瞬态高强度辐射场中精确获取ns量级的单次快脉冲的意义,分析了采集这类电脉冲信号的技术难点,并针对其难点设计了一种能精确获取其信号全波形的高速采集系统。系统的采样率为1GS/s,模拟输入带宽最大500MHz,8位分辨率,采样点数可达3×105以上,通过其内部独特的自触发式提前采样设计,能对瞬态脉冲的快前沿实现精确的定时和完整的采集。最后,对研制完成的系统进行了信号完整性测试和性能标定,并对前后沿均为5ns、脉宽10ns的单次脉冲进行采集。从实验结果可知,该脉冲信号的前沿部分被完整地记录下来,并且脉冲的波形几乎没有产生畸变。
A precise acquisition method was developed for the nanosecond transient signals in pulsed radiation fields. A high-speed sampling system was designed to precisely reassure the entire waveform of these signals. This 8 bit system has a 1 GS/s sampling rate, 500 MHz analog input bandwidth and a large memory space of over 300 kB. This system accurately recognizes the rising-edge of the transient signal through "forward sampling" without a trigger signal. The dynamic characteristics of the system have been evaluated with a transient signal having 5 ns rise time and fall times and a pulse width of 10 ns. The entire rising edge of the signal was recorded with no noticeable distortion.
