摘要
目的了解外科ICU护理技能项目实施情况,以探求外科ICU护理技能项目使用的临床特点。方法采用自行设计的护理技能项目实施情况调查表,对500例外科ICU患者在监护期间应用护理技能项目情况进行调查。结果患者监护期间应用护理技能项目共66项,其中高频率使用19项,中等频率使用23项,低频率使用20项,极低频率使用4项。结论管理者应加大对这些项目在外科ICU护士中的培训力度,并作为常规培训考核项目在ICU中普及。
Objective To investigate the usage of nursing skills among surgical ICU patients and explore the clinical features. Methods A self- designed questionnaire was used to investigate 500 surgical ICU patients. Results There were 66 nursing skills being used in total,in which 19 items were used in high frequency,：23 items were in middle frequency,20 items were in low frequency, and 4 items were in the lowest frequency. Conclusion Nursing managers should pay more attention to these nursing skills training.
