食用问题奶粉引起小儿肾结石肾积水的超声表现及分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解食用三聚氰胺污染奶粉(问题奶粉)的小儿泌尿系统B超的异常改变。方法应用超声诊断仪对4568例食用三聚氰胺污染奶粉的小儿进行泌尿系统超声筛查,根据年龄分4个年龄组。结果筛查阳性率1.38%(63/4568)。但各年龄段组泌尿系统异常发生率,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。年龄越小发生率越高。住院患儿的血清尿术氮、肌酐、尿酸及尿红细胞的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论此次筛查泌尿系统异常表现及肾结石、输尿管结石并肾积水者与食用问题奶粉密切相关,年龄越小儿泌尿系统结石的发生率越高。
