摘要
目的评价护理干预在高血压伴冠心病患者护理中的效果。方法对内江市第六人民医院120例高血压伴冠心病的患者随机分为两组,一组给予一般护理,一组给予护理干预,比较两组患者的血压控制率的区别。结果护理干预组的血压控制率明显高于一般护理组的血压控制率(80%vs50%),统计分析显示两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性的护理干预能有效的控制高血压伴冠心病患者的血压水平,值得在临床上推广。
Objective To evaluate the nursing intervention in hypertensive patients with coronary heart disease care in the results. Method 120 cases in the sixth people＇ s hospital of Neijiang with high blood pressure in patients with coronary artery disease were randomly divided into two groups, a group of general care, a group of nursing intervention to compare two groups of patients the difference between the rate of blood pressure control. Results Care intervention group was significantly higher than the rate of blood pressure control group of general nursing rate of blood pressure control （80% vs 50%）, statistical analysis showed that difference between two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Targeted and effective nursing intervention to control hypertension with blood pressure levels in patients with coronary heart disease, it is worth promoting in clinical.
