摘要
国家信息服务体制随社会发展不断变革,网络环境下用户信息需求呈现出社会化、多样化、即时性和动态性、精品化和高效化的特点,这都使得传统的信息服务面临着严峻的挑战,信息服务转型是必经之路,而信息服务的社会化、知识化、集成化、个性化发展是其转型的趋势。
National information service system changes constantly with social development. The uses＇ demand for information in the network environment has the characteristics of socialization, diversification, immediate and dynamic characteristics, top quality and high efficiency. The traditional information service is confronted with severe challenges, and the transformation of information service is the only way out. The trend of the transformation is socialization, knowledge, integration and personalization.
