摘要
人工心脏为衰竭的心脏提供有效的机械辅助,其中人工心脏血泵控制和评估的实现需要血泵检测。本文综述了人工心脏血泵检测的参数和方法,其中血泵的主要测量参数包括流量、压力等流体机械参数和血栓、溶血等反映血液破坏情况指标。另外,文章介绍了血泵参数的直接测量法及为避免与血液接触引起血液兼容性问题的间接测量方法。最后,本文探讨了人工心脏血泵检测的主要挑战及可能的发展方向。
Artificial heart is used to treat severe heart failure as an effective mechanical assist, in which control and evaluation are based on the measurement of the blood pump. This paper reviews the questions of what must be measured and how they can be measured regarding to the blood pump, discussing the main mechanical-fluid parameters such as flow rate, pressure, and some blood damage indicators such as thrombus and plasma free hemoglobin. Also in a number of these cases, the indirect measurements are introduced to avoid the limits of blood-compatibility. This review concludes with the main challenges and possible trends for the further development of the blood pump measurement.
