摘要 以震后重建为背景,分析和归纳影响工程建设环境的各评价指标,运用熵权的方法确定各个指标的评价权重值,建立多级模糊综合评价模型。通过实例验证了该模型的适用性,为震区工程建设的决策者提供了直观、有效的依据。评价结果表明,该方法较一般综合评价更符合客观实际,更便于操作和使用。 This paper takes post-earthquake reconstruction as background, analyzes and concludes the evaluation indexes which affect projects construction environment after earthquake. Entropy method is used to determine the weight of evaluation indexes and establish multi-level fuzzy synthetic evaluation model. Its application is illustrated with an example, which can provide the intuitive and effective method for decision-makers in post-earthquake reconstruction. The evaluation result indicates that the proposed method is in accordance with the objective reality and is easy to grasp.
