摘要
目的:观察健脾化痰法改善脾虚痰湿型乳腺癌患者化疗毒副作用的临床疗效。方法:60例脾虚痰湿型乳腺癌患者按随机数字表分为治疗组和对照组,各30例,治疗组同时服用健脾化痰汤,对照组单纯化疗,进行对照观察,共观察3个化疗周期。结果:治疗组的同时服用健脾化痰汤,可以明显改善患者的临床症状,随着服用时间的延长,症状评分逐渐减少,治疗前后相比P<0.05;两组进行组间比较可见到症状评分改善的明显差异,P<0.01;治疗组患者治疗后较治疗前卡氏评分明显升高,而对照组卡氏评分下降,P<0.05;治疗组出现Ⅱ级以上白细胞及胃肠道反应较对照组明显减少,P<0.05。结论:健脾化痰法能显著改善脾虚痰湿型乳腺癌患者化疗期间临床症状,提高生活质量,减轻白细胞下降与胃肠道反应。
Objective ： To observe the effect of Jianpi Huatan method for relieving the side effect of chemotherapy in patients with breast cancer Of PixuTanshi type. Methods ： 60 breast cancer patients of PixuTanshi type were randomized into the treatment group （30cases） and the control group （30cases）. 30 cases in the treatment group treated with com- bined the therapy of Jianpi Huatan soup plus chemotherapy and 30 cases in the control group treated with chemotherapy alone, all were observed 3 chemotherapy cycles. Results ： At the same time, the treatment group taking Jianpi Huatan soup can relieve clinical symptoms, compared with before and after treatment P 〈 0.05 ; the symptom score of two groups are obviously difference P 〈0.01; the karnofsky score of treatment group is higher than before treatment ,the control group＇s score dropped cards, P 〈 0.05 ; The treatment group appeared grade Ⅱ - white blood cell and gastro - intestinal reaction that compared the control group obvious reduction, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion： Jianpi Huatan method can significantly relieved the clinical symptoms of PixuTanshi breast cancer patients during chemotherapy , improved the quality of llfe, reduced the white blood cell dropping and gastro- intestinal reaction.
