摘要
背景:中医药治疗乳腺癌有着悠久的历史,经多年临床验证,中医药疗法辨证与辨病相结合,攻补兼施,顾护正气,祛邪抗癌,在减少并发症、减毒增效、减少复发转移、逆转耐药等方面发挥了重要作用。方法:本研究以乳宁Ⅱ号方为基本方治疗106例乳腺癌术后患者的病例对照临床试验的研究,以常规中医症状疗效评定评价乳宁Ⅱ号方防治乳腺癌术后复发转移的疗效。结果:病例组患者经1年的治疗后24项症状均得到改善,以治疗后6个月效果最明显。病例组中5项症状学数据经单因素方差分析检验统计处理,有统计学意义:神疲乏力症状初诊(1.4151±0.8031)与四诊(1.0583±0.7774),五诊(0.9320±0.7829)比症状改善具统计学意义,P<0.05。腰膝酸软症状初诊(1.3491±0.9159)与四诊(0.9320±0.8994)比症状改善具统计学意义,P<0.05。对侧乳房结块疼痛,质地,数目等情况项中,初诊(0.8679±0.7816,1.1887±0.6189,1.9623±0.9146)与五诊比(0.4757±0.6837,0.8932±0.6554,1.3883±1.0022)比较P﹤0.05。病例组对侧发生乳腺癌者1例,胸壁转移者1例。对照组肝肺眼等多脏器转移2例,其中1例已死亡。淋巴结转移2例。结论:乳宁Ⅱ号方不但能明显改善乳腺癌患者,神疲乏力,腰膝酸软等症状而且对侧乳腺增生的治疗有较好的疗效,防止乳腺癌术后复发转移。
Background ： Chinese medicine treatment of breast cancer has a long history, after years of clinical verifi- cation, differentiation of Chinese medicine therapy in combination with the identified. The combination of tonification and reduction, to strengthen the healthy qi and remove the evil qi, to reduce complication ,to improve efficiency and reduce re- currence, reversed resistance, and played an important role. Methods： In this study, runing Nformula, the basic treatment of the 106 eases of breast cancer patients after a clinical trial of the case -control study, symptoms efficacy of Chinese med- icine to conventional runinglI formula to inform the evaluation of the prevention and treatment of breast cancer recurrence af- ter transfer of the effect. Results ： Group A case of the year after treatment 24 symptoms are improved, the treatment effect six months after the most obvious. 5 symptoms data via single - factor analysis of variance test statistics processing, the re- suits are statistically significant, the symptoms of fatigue and weak ,the preliminary diagnosis （1. 4151 ± 0. 8031 ） and the fouth diagnosis （ 1. 0583 ± 0.7774）, the fifth diagnosis （0.9320 ± 0.7829 ） than the symptoms of a statistically significant improvement, P 〈 0.05. The symptoms of sored waist and knees, the preliminary diagnosis （1. 3491 ± 0. 9159） and the fouth diagnosis （0.9320 ± 0. 8994） than the symptoms of a statistically significant improvement, P 〈 0.05. contralateral breast pain, texture, the number of cases, preliminary diagnosis （0. 8679 ± 0. 7816,1. 1887 ± 0.6189,1. 9623 ± 0.9146） com- pared with the fifth diagnosis 0.4757 ± 0. 6837,0.8932±0.6554, 1. 3883 ± 1. 0022） compared P 〈 0.05. Contralateral breast cancer cases occur in one case, chest wall metastasis occur in one case. The control group, multiple organ occur in two case, one of them has died. Metastasis occur in two cases. Conclusion： Runing Ⅱformula not only can improve the symptoms of Fatigue and weak, the symptoms of sored waist and knees in breast cancer patients , but also contralateral breast hyperplasia treatment a better effect, prevent the recurrence of breast cancer metastasis.
