摘要
从体内外环境因素和遗传体质等方面讨论了疾病易感基因多态性与中医证候类型的多样性在存在着共同的作用背景,认为易感基因多态性及其编码的基因产物是形成疾病不同证候的内在因素之一,运用基因组技术寻找不同中医证型中相关基因表达谱的差异表达,对研究中医证型的实质及指导临床用药有重大的意义。
This article discusses susceptible gene polymorphism of disease and variousness of TCM syndrome have the common function background from environmental factor and inherent physique. It is considered that the suscoptible gene polymorphism and its coding gene production is the one of the internal factors that forming variousness of TCM syndrome in disease. Applying genome techniques to search for differential expression of correlative gene expression profile in TCM syndrome differentiation is of important significance for study of essence of TCM syndrome types and guiding clinical medication.
