摘要
目的:观察激素依赖性前葡萄膜炎中医治疗方案的临床疗效。方法:将60例72眼患有急性前葡萄膜炎的患者,随机分为治疗组30例35眼,对照组30例37眼,治疗组中药常规新方案组,对照组:即激素组。用地塞米松结膜下注射,隔日1次。结果:治疗组总有效率91.43%,对照组总有效率81.08%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05﹚。且复发率中药治疗组远远低于激素对照组。结论:中医药对激素依赖性急性前葡萄膜炎的治疗临床疗效显著,且可减少本病的复发,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To evaluate the effects of Chinese medicine in patients with steroid- dependent anterior uveitis. Methods ： 72 eyes of 60 patients with acute anterior uveitis were randomized in two groups. 35 eyes of 30 patients were routinely treated with Chinese medicine as therapeutic group. 30 eyes of 37 patients were replaced with subconjunctival injection of dexamethasone every another day as control. Results ： The efficient rate were 91.43% in therapeutic group and 81.08% in control group respectively. There was apparent difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）, the rate of in- flammatory relapse in therapeutic group was lower than control group. Conclusion： Our finding demonstrate Chinese medi- cine to be significant effective on the therapy of acute anterior uveitis, and reduce the recurrent rate. It is valuable in clinical application.
