摘要
目前建立的冠心病中医证候动物模型有:心阳虚证、痰浊证、心血瘀阻证、痰瘀互结证大鼠模型、气虚痰浊证兔模型等。机理方面观察了中药对心功能、心电图、血脂、一氧化氮和内皮素、心肌酶、前列环素、6-酮-前列腺素含量、自由基、内皮素/降钙素基因相关肽、球囊扩张损伤再狭窄、相关基因表达等的影响。
The animal models of coronary heart disease were established according to the syndrome of Chinese medicine which were categorized into the rat models and rabbit model. The syndrome of rat models were heart yang deficiency, phlegm turbid, heart blood stasis and complex of phlegm and stasis. The syndrome of rabbit model was qi deficiency and phlegm turbid. It was observed as to mechanism that the influence of Chinese medicine on function of heart, electrocardiogram, blood fat, nitric oxide and endothelin, cardiac enzymes, PGI2, 6 - keto - PGF1 α free radical, endothelin/calcitonin gene related peptide, restenosis of balloon angioplasty injury and relative gene expression, etc.
