摘要
舌诊是中医特色诊法之一,具有悠久的历史,为历代医家所重视。历代医家和学者从不同角度和不同侧面丰富了舌诊的内容,根据研究的方法和所借助的手段归纳起来可分为3个阶段:①利用人的感官认知舌诊;②借助各种科技手段探求舌的微观结构与疾病的相关性;③将计算机技术引入舌诊研究,从舌体的色、形,舌苔厚薄、颜色等各方面综合判断舌象与疾病的相关性。上述研究推动了舌诊理论的发展和促进了舌诊的客观化进程。应该利用计算机技术和计算机图像识别技术,针对艾滋病这一难治性疾病的特有阶段所具有的舌象和证候,进行大样本的调查,运用统计学的方法来分析其舌象特点和舌象变化规律,进而探讨舌象与证候以及与疾病阶段的相关性,为中医药辨证治疗艾滋病提供客观依据,同时也将进一步推动舌诊的客观化进展。
Tongue Diagnosis is one of the most remarkable characteristics of TCM and is highly valued by traditional Chinese Doctors through the history. Our research could be roughly divided into three stages according to the approaches applied to the research and devices involved： （1）tongue diagnosis conducted directly by the researchers through their own perceptional senses.（2）exploring the connection between the microstates of tongue and the diseases related through the assistance of modem scientific devices and equipments. （3）applying computer technologies while analyzing the color, coating, and appearance of the tongue to conclude the overall image of the tongue and then explore its cormections with the related diseases. We recommend applying computer technology and Computer Image Recognition Technology while collecting large number of patient samples to focus on the specific characteristics of Tongue Image and the overall symptoms in different stages of the development of AIDS so as to find the trend and rules of the changes of tongue image and the symptoms and their connections with the development of the disease. Statistically analysis are needed during the research. By doing so, we might be able to provide some objective basis for TCM＇Bianzheng treatment on AIDS and might help to promote the objectiveness through the development of tongue diagnosis as well.
