摘要
目的:探讨利用职业自我效能感理论来减轻护士的职业倦怠,促进护士努力工作,使其在工作中充分展现自己的知识和能力,提高护理工作质量。方法:根据职业自我效能中四种效能信息源理论,培养和提高护士职业自我效能感,使其对工作价值、能力等形成正确认识,激发护士积极学习的动机,发挥其工作的潜能。结果:在临床护理管理中应用职业自我效能理论比较护士的理论操作、理论授课成绩以及护理质量合格率、住院患者满意度,差异有统计学意义(<0.01)。结论:培养和提高护士职业自我效能感,能增强护士的自信和个人成就感,充分发挥护理工作的价值,提高护理质量。
Objective:This article discussed to utilize the profession self-efficacy theory to promote the effort and persistence of nursing care,which can display the nurses'knowledge and capacity fully, and improve the quality of nursing care.Methods:Based on the four effectiveness of information sources theory of profession self-efficacy, training and improve the nurse's profession self-efficacy, made them understanding the value and ability of their work correctly and stimulated the active learning motivation and working potential of them.Results:Compared the theory of operation,scores of theoretical teaching,qualified rate of nursing and the satisfaction of patients before and after using the profession self-efficacy theory in clinical nursing management,they had significant differences(P〈O.01).Conclusions:Developing and enhancing the profession self-efficacy of nurses can enhance their self-confidence and personal accomplishment,exert the value of nursing work,therefore quality of nursing will be improved.
