摘要
当前,医疗欠费迅速上升,问题日益突出,对医院乃至社会都造成了不良影响。医疗欠费已成为困扰医院发展的一个不可忽视的因素,很大程度上影响着医院的服务质量与服务水平,甚至关系到医院的生存与发展。笔者通过对潍坊市医疗欠费情况调查,分析了出现医疗欠费的原因,提出了有效的建议,为防止医院有限资金的流失,促进医院良性可持续发展,加强医疗欠费的管理和研究提供了理论依据。
Along with the medical reform process of the health care system to speed up,a wide range of medical arrears was rising year by year, it becomed a difficult problem to the development of hospital that medical arrears has increased year by year and can＇t be settlement easily.By investigating the medical arrears situation of Weifang city, this article have analysed the cause of medical arrears,put forward an effective proposal.To provide a reliable basis to reduce medical arrears.
