摘要
探索了钢帘线用线材SWRH72A奥氏体晶粒度的一种快速、准确的检测方法,采用特殊的加热制度和加热方式获得试样次表面的半脱碳层,根据沿奥氏体晶界分布的铁素体网评定钢帘线用线材真实奥氏体晶粒度。实验证明:750℃加热60min贴合面处测得的奥氏体晶粒度数值与盘条淬水方法所测数值完全吻合。
It is developed a fast and accurate method to examine austenite grain size in wire steel SWRH72A for steel curtain. In it with special heating system and method the semi - decarburized layer of sub - surface of sample is got and the real grain size is determined according to the ferrite net distributed along austenite grain boundary. It is proved upon the experiment that the grain size got under heating by 750 and 60 min is fully identical with that got with wire -bar- quenching method.
