摘要
宣钢10号高炉(炉容2500m3)喷煤采用浓相输送技术,固气比不小于30,管道内煤粉流速为4~8m/s,混合喷吹无烟煤和烟煤,喷吹系统逐步改造完善,系统运行稳定,到2009年1月煤比达到154kg/t,烟煤比65%。
It is introduced the coal injection technology in No. 10 blast furnace of Xuan Steel： adopt concentrating phrase technique, solid - gas ratio is not small than 30, flow speed of coal powder in pipe is 4 ～ 8 m/s, inject mixed anthracite and soft coal. The injection system got gradually improved and operated smoothly. The coal ratio reached 154 kg/t and soft coal ratio 65% in January 2009.
