微波溶剂热法松香基表面活性剂控制合成氢氧化镍材料 被引量:4

Controlled Synthesis of Ni(OH)_2 Materials with Rosin-based Surfactant by Microwave Solvothermal Method

摘要 采用微波乙醇溶剂热法制备氢氧化镍材料,考察了尿素用量和反应温度对材料形貌的影响,得到尿素用量范围在0.6-2.0mL为宜;并以可再生资源松香的衍生物表面活性剂S1作为添加剂加入反应体系,考察S1的加入对氢氧化镍材料形貌的影响;当表面活性剂用量1mL,尿素用量0.6mL,120℃反应20min,可制备得到直径为2μm大小均匀的珊瑚球状氢氧化镍材料,微球由厚度为30nm的圆片组装而成。对得到的氢氧化镍材料进行扫描电镜(SEM)形貌表征,表面活性剂S1的加入可控制氢氧化镍材料的大小均匀,对制备形貌均一的材料具有重要意义;并推测出珊瑚球状氢氧化镍材料的形成机理。 The nickel hydroxide materials are prepared by microwave solvothermal method. The effect of reaction temperature and anaount of urea are studied. The range of urea dosage 0.6-2.0 mL was appropriate. The surfactant S1 of rosin derivative was added in reaction system to successfully prepare nickel hydroxide material. The nickel hydroxide coral-like microspheres with a diameter of 2 μm are synthesized under the condition of 1 mL surfactant, 0.6 mL urea, 120 ℃ and 20 min. It was shown that the Ni(OH)2 coral-like microspheres are assembled from nanosheets with a thickness of 30 nm and a width of 2 μm. The homogeneous size and uniform appearance of nickel hydroxide materials can be controlled through addition of surfactant S1. The nickel hydroxide materials are characterized by SEM and the mechanism of the formation of coral-like microspheres material was proposed.
