Synthesis of Rosin Methyl Ester Using SBA-15-[HSO_3-AMS]^+[HSO_4]^- as Mesoporous Catalyst

摘要 采用接枝的方法将功能化离子液体[HSO3-AMS]+[HSO4]-引入介孔分子筛SBA-15中,制备了SBA-15-[HSO3-AMS]+[HSO4]-,通过X射线衍射(XRD),红外(FI-IR)及吡啶吸附红外(Py-IR)对合成的材料进行了表征,结果表明接枝[HSO3-AMS]+[HSO4]-后的介孔分子筛与SBA-15相比,仍具有介孔结构且具有良好的长程有序性,具有大量的B酸和L酸中心。将制备的材料用于催化合成松香甲酯,结果表明SBA-15-[HSO3-AMS]+[HSO4]-具有较好的催化活性,较适宜的反应条件为:n(松香)∶n(甲醇)1∶30,反应温度200℃,反应时间5 h,催化剂用量为松香质量的6%,酯化率可达97.2%。且该催化剂具有较好的重复使用性。 SBA-15-[ HSO3-AMS]^+ [ HSO4 ]^- was prepared by grafting functional ionic liquids [ HSO3-AMS ]^+[ HSO4 ]^- with the mesoporous molecular sieve SBA-15. The material was characterized by XRD, IR and Py-IR . The result shows that SBA-15- [ HSO3-AMS]^+ [ HSO4 ]^- is of the similar long-range structure as SBA-15, and there are many acid centers including B acid and L acid in SBA-15-[ HSO3-AMS]^+ [ HSO4 ]^-. This catalyst was used for synthesizing rosin methyl ester using rosin and methanol as starting materials. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, dosage of catalyst and molar ratio of acid to methanol are researched. The optimum condition is : n (rison) : n ( methanol ) 1 : 30, 200 ℃, 5 h, m (catalyst) : m (rison) 6 : 100. Under the optimum conditions, the esterification yield was 97.2 %. Additionally, the catalyst was of excellent reusability.
