压电晶体导纳仪精度分析

Accuracy analysis of the piezoelectric crystal admittance round measuring equipment

摘要 用天津大学声波测井实验室研制的压电晶体导纳仪与安捷伦的4294A阻抗分析仪分别测量了14个压电晶体。直观地对比了所测量的导纳圆的位置和大小,电导、电纳随频率的变化曲线。并进一步用谐振频率、静态电阻和动态电阻等参数进行了对比,描述了两种仪器所测量的数据之间的差异:导纳仪所测量的压电晶体的谐振频率与阻抗分析仪测量的谐振频率接近,相对误差小于;静态电阻和动态电阻的测量结果差别较大,与阻抗分析仪相比,其测量值为阻抗分析仪测量值的1/3~1/2,动态电阻为阻抗分析仪测量值的1.58倍。 Using the piezoelectric crystal admittance round measuring equipment made in the sonic logging laboratory of Tianjin University and the 4294A Impedance Analyzer of Agilent,we measured 14 piezoelectric crystals. Compared the location and the size of the admittance round,the curve of conductance and susceptance changing with the frequency. Using the resonant frequency,static resistance and dynamic resistance,we show the differences between the measuring data of the two instruments. the Admittance Round Measuring Equipment can measure the Resonant frequency with high accuracy,the error is less than.The static resistance and the dynamic resistance has larger difference with the data measured by Impedance Analyzer,We use the data measured by Impedance Analyzer as the Accurate value,then,static resistance is 1/3~1/2 times of the Accurate value,and dynamic resistance is 1.58 times of the Accurate value.
