摘要
电法测井仪器在进行信号检测时,需要得到与被测量信号的幅度成线性关系的直流信号,常用的手段就是相敏检波技术。在传统的电法测井仪器中,参考信号与测量信号之间存在变化的相位差,影响了测量结果。文章对传统的电法测井仪器中的相敏检波电路进行了完善,利用运算放大器的过零比较功能,实现了输入信号和参考信号的同频同相,并在复电阻率测井仪中得到了应用,提高了该仪器的测量精度和动态范围。
For resistivity logging tools,the DC signal,whose amplitude is linearly related to that of the measured signal,should be obtained. The often used technology is the phase-sensitive detection. In traditional resistivity tools,the phase difference between the reference signal and the measured signal affects the logging results. In this paper,this phase-sensitive detecting technology is developed by using zero-crossing comparative method. The same frequency and phase of the reference and measured signals have been realized. The using of the developed phase-sensitive detecting method in complex resistivity logging tool enhances the measuring precision and dynamic range.
