摘要
尝试应用价值工程原理,对物流功能要素进行价值分析,将功能价值系数较低的功能要素纳入价值工程分析的对象,对其进行改善,提升功能价值,为企业提高物流运营绩效、提升服务价值、增强企业的核心竞争力提供有参考价值的方法。
The paper attempts to analysis logistics functions in value with value engineering principles, and the functions with lower cost-income ratio are incorporated into the engineering analysis object, and also improve its features to enhance value. At last, some methods with reference values are provided for enterprises to improve the performance of logistics operations, to improve service value, and to enhance the core competitiveness.
