摘要
目的探讨超声检测肝前脂肪厚度与内脏脂肪厚度的关系。方法对101例女性行超声检测,测量剑突下肝前脂肪厚度及脐上1 cm处内脏脂肪厚度,分析两组测量值间的关系。结果女性肝前脂肪厚度明显小于内脏脂肪厚度[(9.35±4.21)mmVS(23.48±10.95)mm],两者呈正相关(r=0.722,P=0.000)。结论超声检测女性肝前脂肪厚度与内脏脂肪厚度有良好的相关性,是测量内脏脂肪的更简单实用的方法。
Objective To observe the correlation between prehepatic fat thickness and visceral fat thickness by ultrasonography. Methods Detected subcostal prehepatic fat thickness and visceral fat thickness of 1 centimetre above the umbilicus in 101 females, and compared the results. Results The prehepatic fat thickness was thinner than visceral fat thickness in females [ （ 9.35 ± 4.21 ） mm VS （23.48 ± 10.95 ） mm ], there is a positive correlation between the two. Conclusion Ultrasonic testing of females prehepatic fat thickness and visceral fat thickness has a good correlation,it is a more simple and practical method for measttrement of visceral fat.
