摘要
设计了一种新型的非国家标准微型电机综合测试台系统。该系统以VisualBasicforWINDOWS3．2为软件平台，采用DDE，DLL新技术，通过检测电机的电流、电压和转矩、转速等参数，计算出其输出功率和效率，并依据这些参数判断电机是否合格。以直而电机为对象的现场实验结果表明，该系统可满足厂家的需求。
A new type of non-national standard micromoter integrated test table system is designed with the application software of Visual Basic 4. 0 for WINDOWS3. 2 as well as the new techniques of DLL(dynamic link library) and DDE(dynamic data exchange),so that the parameters, current voltage, torque and speed etc. can be detected for the calculation of the output power and efficiency to qualify the motor. The field test result of the direct current micromotor is good.
