摘要
海外工程项目的承包涉及项目所在国的政治、军事、经济、法律、文化、宗教、自然环境等许多方面,其中的风险多而复杂。本文结合具体的案例,对海外EPC工程项目风险管理的特点及其步骤作了分析,并给出了风险防范、减少风险损失的建议。
The risk of overseas projects is so much and complex, which involving political, military, economic, legal, cultural, religious, natural environment in the host country. In this paper, it gaves a specific overseas EPC project, analysised the characteristics and steps of risk management, and gave the proposal to prevent and reduce the risk.
