摘要
本文采用浸根、土壤施用和灌根3种处理方式,研究了8种低毒的化学农药、生物制剂和化学药剂处理种苗对川芎成活率、病害和产量的影响。结果表明,各种药剂处理均对川芎无不良影响,均可不同程度提高川芎种苗的定植成活率,控制根腐病的危害,提高产量。其中,木霉菌生物制剂的控病效果和增产效果特别显著,土壤施用木霉菌制剂500 g/666.7m2处理对川芎根腐病的防治效果达75.49%,川芎增产14.60%,表现出良好的应用前景。
The effects of 8 kinds of low-toxic substances with root soaking,spot application and root drenching treatment on the survival rate,disease occurrence and yield of Ligusticum chuanxiong were studied.No side effects were observed,and improvements in survival rate,root-rot disease control and yield were recorded.The control effect of Trichoderma biological preparation to the root rot of Ligusticum chuanxiong arrived at 75.49 %,and the yield was increased by 14.60 %.It showed that the Trichoderma preparation held potential for large-scale application.
