摘要
介绍大冶冶炼厂电解系统因提高电流密度而造成直流电单耗升高的现象,分析造成直流电单耗高的原因为电解液成分、添加剂用量、阳极板成分、接触电位等。采取相应的措施,取得了较好的效果,电铜直流电电耗由319.24 kW·h/t降低到291.74kW·h/t。
This paper introduced the phenomenon of DC power consumption increased caused by increased current density in electrolytic system at Daye smelter, analyzed the reasons for the high DC unit consumption was electrolyte composition, additive dosage, anode plate composition, contact potential etc. After taking corresponding measures, DC power consumption decreased from 319.24/t.cu to 291.74kW.h/t.cu.
