摘要
目的:通过预防性心理干预夫妻暴力高危人群,降低对家庭暴力持认可的态度。方法:在长沙市5个市辖区中随机抽取2个市辖区,根据夫妻暴力危险因素,从317对新婚登记夫妻中筛选出93对夫妻暴力高危人群,随机分为干预组(42对)和对照组(51对)。干预组主要接受关于夫妻暴力的健康心理教育及预防夫妻暴力发生的心理辅导训练(干预6～7次),对照组不接受任何干预。干预后6个月用夫妻暴力调查问卷进行评定。干预组完成25对,对照组完成37对。结果:干预组在随访6月后对家庭暴力持"可以"和"看情况"态度者(15人)少于对照组(43人)(P<0.01),也少于干预前(25人)(P<0.05);对照组在随访6月后对家庭暴力持"可以"及"看情况"态度者比干预前稍有下降(58.1%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:预防性心理干预改善了新婚夫妻对家庭暴力的态度,对家庭暴力持"可以"和"看情况"态度者明显减少。
Objective： To reduce the approval attitude to domestic violence by psychological intervention for high-risk target groups. Methods： Two districts were randomly selected from the total 5 districts in Changsha, and 93 couples with high risk of spousal violence were screened from a random sample of 317 couples. They were divided into intervention group （ 42 couples） and control group （ 51 couples） . Mental health education and trainings to prevent from spousal violence were provided to the intervention group 6 -7 times within 6 months, while no intervention methods were provided to the control group. After 6 months, 25 couples in the intervention group and 37 couples in the control group completed the investigation and evaluation on domes＇tic violence attitude. Results： After 6 months, the number of couples that accepted or partly accepted domestic violence was reduced （ 15 couples vs. 25 couples） , also less than that of the control group （ 43 Couples ） . No significant difference was found in the control group between before and after the intervention （ P 〉 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： The psychological intervention to the newly-married couples can change their attitudes to domestic violence.
