摘要
以典型的果穗顶端籽粒败育类型杂交种为材料,对果稳中部及上部籽粒在发育早期超氧化物酸化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性变化进行了比较研究。结果表明:与中部正常发育的籽粒相比,顶部败育籽粒POD活性较高而SOD,CAT活性较低。进一步分析籽粒丙二醛(MDA)和相对电导率的变化可知,败育籽粒在发育早期生物膜结构被破坏。这种膜质破坏可能与其较高的乙烯释放量有关。
A comparative study was conducted on the activity of SOD, CAT and POD of maizekernels at upper and middle ear positions during the eary kernel development, with the typicalhybrid with ear tip kernel abortion. The main results were as folows: Compearement with thewell developing middle kernels, the upper aborting kernels had high POD activity and low SODand CAT activity. Measurement on kernel MDA content and reative electric conductivityshowed that the cell membrane of aborted kernels was damaged during the early period of ker-nel develpoment. This cell membrane damage may have a close relation with its higher kernelethylene releasing.
