摘要
目的:探讨雪域阳光红景天胶囊对小鼠缓解体力疲劳功能的影响,为该产品的开发提供科学的实验依据。方法:实验观察小鼠负重游泳试验、小鼠血清尿素氮、小鼠肝糖原、小鼠血乳酸指标。结果:结果显示雪域阳光红景天胶囊能明显延长小鼠负重游泳时间、降低疲劳小鼠血乳酸含量及血清尿素氮含量。结论:雪域阳光红景天胶囊具有缓解体力疲劳功能作用,可作为保健功能食品开发应用。
Objective：To investigate the the snow territory sunny rhodiola capsule for alleviation of physical strength fatigue in mice for scientific test support of the product development.Methods：Experimentally observe the indicators such as swimming test,serum urea nitrogen,liver glycogen and blood lactic acid in mice.Results：The capsule could prolong the swimming time,reduce the content of serum urea nitrogen and liver glycogen of mice.Conclusion：The snow territory sunny rhodiola capsule can be developed as health function food because of its function of alleviation of physical strength fatigue.
