巴尔通体生化特性及生化鉴定方法研究 被引量:2

Study on biochemical characteristics and biochemical identification of Bartonella spp

摘要 目的:运用全自动和半自动细菌鉴定系统,分析巴尔通体的生化特性,研究巴尔通体的生化鉴定方法,为今后巴尔通体菌株的生化诊断提供依据。方法:采用BioMerieux VITEK 32微生物分析系统的ANI厌氧菌鉴定卡及Rapid ID32A系统检测巴尔通体的各项生化指标。结果:VITEK ANI厌氧菌鉴定卡检测结果:氧化酶、过氧化氢酶、半乳糖苷酶、葡萄糖苷酶等反应阴性,能够分解多种氨基酸,但不能分解脯氨酸,不能利用尿素、葡萄糖等糖类。Rapid ID32 A系统检测结果:所有菌株脲素酶、半乳糖苷酶、葡萄糖苷酶阴性,不发酵甘露糖、棉籽糖。结论:两个系统均能快速分析巴尔通体的一些生化特性,但全自动细菌鉴定系统更方便快捷,检测的生化指标更多,且试验后的VITEKANI厌氧菌鉴定卡可在4℃保存数周,便于结果判定[1]。 Objective:To clarify the biochemical characteristics of Bartonella spp.and to establish the biochemical identification methods for Bartonella spp.Methods:To clarify the biochemical characteristics of Bartonella reference strains and isolates from China with ANI card in BioMerieux VITEK 32 microorganism analysis system and Rapid ID32 A system.Results:VITEK ANI,the anaerobic bacilli detecting card,showed that Bartonella strains were negative to oxidase,catalase,PO4,PHC,βGAL,aGAL,βGLU,aGLU,URE,GLU,and positive to Amino acid but PRO.The Rapid ID32 A system revealed that all strains reacted negatively to URE,αGAL,βGAL,βGP,αGLU,βGLU,RAF,MNE.Conclusion:Both automatic microorganism detection system and Rapid ID32 A system can read specific biological characteristic of Bartonella strains.But automatic microorganism detection system conducts more indexes and is more rapidly and more conveniently.Furthermore,it is more easier to get the results by preserving the ANI card in 4℃ within several weeks.
