摘要
灰渣混凝土砌块是一种新型墙体材料,但是由于其干燥收缩的特点,容易导致建筑工程墙体开裂。本文采用试验的方法,依据国家规范GB/T 11969—2008《加气混凝土性能试验方法》对某厂生产的灰渣砖进行了试验,研究了影响灰渣混凝土砌体干燥收缩性的影响因素。通过试验发现含水率、湿度、温度是影响灰渣砖干燥收缩性的主要因素,含水率、湿度、温度与灰渣砌块干缩率在一定范围内成线性增长关系。
Ash-residue brickwork is an new important wall materail for reformation of wall body.Crack comes forth easly in wall of architecture engineering for it's shrinkage.Based on national standard(GB/T11969—2008:Test method of gas concrete),influence factors of shringkage was studyed by experiment.Aquiferous rate,humidity and temperature are primary factors for desiccation shrinkage of ash-residue concrete brickwork.
