“一体化双师型”职教师资培养模式的研究与实践 被引量:5

摘要 提高职业教育的质量,关键在教师。职业教育师资应从"双师型"教师发展到"一体化双师型"教师。本文分析了我国职教师资培养存在的主要问题,阐释了"一体化双师型"职教师资的内涵,介绍了职技高师为了培养"一体化双师型"职教师资开展的教学改革与实践。 Teachers are the key to improve quality of vocational education. Teachers of vocational education should develop from teachers with ~double certificates" to the teachers with "integrated double certificates". This paper analyzes the main problem during training the vocational and technical teachers in China, explains the connotation of "integrated double certificates" vocational and technical teachers, introduces the teaching reform and practice that is developed in vocational technology normal colleges and universities to train "integrated double certificates" for vocational and technical teachers.
