摘要 目的了解条件性情绪干预法(CEI)对社交焦虑障碍的作用。方法在对1例社交焦虑障碍来访者的心理咨询过程中,运用CEI对来访者进行6天6次的干预治疗,采用多基线实验设计进行实验研究。结果治疗前,人际敏感3.1分,焦虑2.3分,恐惧2.5分,敌意2.3分;实施干预后,来访者社交焦虑障碍的症状程度呈显著下降的趋势;治疗结束后,来访者的症状基本消除,人际敏感0.3分,焦虑0.1分,恐惧0.6分,敌意0.5分;回访半年无复发。结论根据初步的结果推断,条件性情绪干预法是治疗社交焦虑障碍的有效的方法。 Objective To learn the effect of treatment of conditioned emotional intervention(CEI) on the social anxiety disorder. Method In the process of psychological consultation for a social anxiety disorder visitor, CEI is employed six times in six days,and the multiple baseline design was used for research. Results Before the treatment, the scores of interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety, phobia and hostility were 3.1,2.3,2.5,2.3 respectively. After the intervention, the symptoms of social anxiety disorder eased obviously. After the whole treatment, the symptoms were basically eliminated, and the scores decreased to 0. 3,0.1,0. 6, 0.5 respectively. No recurrence was observed for half a year later. Conclusion Based on the results, it's concluded that the CEI may be an effective method of curing the social anxiety disorder.
