摘要
高泌乳素血症是妇科内分泌失调的常见病,我国医学史上虽然无该病的专门记载,但根据其临床表现可归结为"月经后期""不孕""闭经"等病症的范畴。刘宇新教授是本院著名中医妇科专家,对妇科内分泌疾病有较深的造诣,笔者有幸自2007年跟随刘宇新教授出诊,1年余诊治了多名高催乳激素血症(HPRL)患者,从肝郁论治取得了显著的疗效,充分发挥中医药优势,现就将一点粗浅体会与同仁共享。
Hyperprolactinemia is a common gynecologic endocrine disorders, although my medical history records no specific disease, but according to their clinical manifestation can be summed up as ＂post-menstrual infertile amenorrhea＂ and other disease areas . Professor LIU Yu-xin is a well- known traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital gynecologic experts, gynecological endocrine diseases of the deeper self-knowledge I have the honor to follow in 2007 visiting Professor LIU Yu-xin, diagnosis and treatment of a number of more than one year of high prolactin hyperandrogenism （HPRL） patients, from the stagnation of liver of governance achieved remarkable efficacy, and give full play to the advantages of Chinese medicine, it is that I will be shallow and colleagues to share experience.
