摘要
目的介绍一种治疗先天性胫骨假关节的方法。方法彻底切除病变骨组织,采用半环槽式外固定器对骨断端进行持续加压固定,行胫骨上干骺端截骨延长,术后早期负重和功能锻炼。结果先天性胫骨假关节患者畸形矫正,平衡了肢体长度。结论半环槽式外固定器治疗先天性胫骨假关节效果较好。
Objective Introduce a method for treating congenital pseudarthrosis of tibia （CPT）. Methods After tissue lesions were excised, broken terminals of bone were fixed compressively by half- ring sulcated external fixator and were done the osteotomy lengthening at the tibial upper metaphysic. The weight bearing and functional exercises were made in early postoperative span. Results The malformations of tibial congenital pseudarthrosis were corrected and the length of limbs was balanced. Conclusion There are the better effects by using the half-ring sulcated external fixator in treated congenital pseudartbrosis of tibia.
