摘要
成就动机是指个人对自己认为重要或有价值的工作不但愿意做,而且力求达到更高标准的内在心理过程。个人的年龄、性别、能力、成败经历、努力程度等主观因素以及工作性质、任务难度、社会环境等客观因素都是成就动机个别差异形成的原因。
Achievement motivation refers to an inherent mental process that individuals would be willing to do the work they consider important and valuable and try to achieve the higher standard. The subjective factors such as age, sex, ability, self - experiences of success and failure, and degree of effort, as well as the objective factors such as working nature, task difficulty and social environment are all the forming reasons of achievement motivation's individual differences.
