摘要
大学生是社会的特殊群体,大学生党员标准的构建是高校党组织发展大学生党员的依据。大学生党员发展工作要全面把握和坚持党章规定的党员条件,结合大学生的特点,既有共性标准,也有个性标准。共性标准是指党章对党员条件所作的总体规定,个性标准则是指党章规定在大学生群体上的具体体现。构建大学生党员标准将为高校大学生党员发展工作提供依据,保证大学生党员质量。
The construction of party member＇s criteria among college students is the basis for party organization to admit new CPC members in colleges. When admitting new CPC members among college students, we should grasp and adhere to the criteria ordained by party constitution. At the same time, in view of the characteristic of college students, common criteria and individual criteria are integral. The probability of constructing party member＇s criteria among college students would provide the basis for admitting new CPC members among college students and ensure the quality of college student party members.
