摘要
在分析湘西地区教育信息化落后现状的基础上,可从加大政府政策支持、建立多元化投入体制、启动教育信息资源建设系统工程、实现教育信息资源的"共建、共知、共享"、加强"应用为本"策略、努力造就高素质信息化人才队伍等方面探讨适合湘西地区基础教育信息化区域推进的实施策略。
Based on the analysis of the present backward situation of elementary education informationization in the western area of Hunan, we discussed some strategies to advance elementary education informationization through increasing the government policy support, establishing diverse investment system, starting the system engineering of educational information resources construction, realizing ＂to build altogether, to know altogether, to share altogether＂ policy of educational information resources, strengthening the application policy, making great efforts to cultivate high - quality information technology personnel and so on.
