摘要
在经济全球化背景下,由美国次贷危机演变成的金融海啸在全世界范围肆虐,影响着各国经济的发展。在我国政府"保增长"的经济目标下,各级政府应利用"危机"中存在的机遇,配合中央政府刺激经济复苏的财政货币政策,主动调整产业结构,促进区域经济增长。在这样的国内国际经济背景下,再论主导产业理论有其现实意义。
Under the background of economical globalization, the financial tsunami which evolves by the American loan crisis wreaks havoc in the world scope, is affecting various countries＇ economy development. Under the economic aim of ＂guarantee the growth＂ by the central government, all levels of local governments should grasp the opportunity existed in ＂the crisis＂, make use of the finance monetary policy by central government which stimulates economic recovery and adjust the industrial structure so as to promote the region economy growth. It has practical significance to discuss the leading industry theory under such economical background.
