摘要
本文分析了放射源衰变引起的同位素仪表测量误差,给出了具体的数学表达式,得出了该单项误差与同位素仪表的运行时间成正比,与放射源的半衰期、射线质量吸收系数成反比,而与放射源活度、测量范围(量程)以及信号处理方法无关等结论,同时也肯定了放射源衰变修正的必要性。
The error function based on the analysis of isotope instrumental error caused by radioactive source decay is presented. Some conclusions are drawn,for example, the error is directly proportional to the working time of the isotope instrument but inversely proportional to the radioactive source's half period and the γ ray's mass absorption coefficient. Meanwhile, there is no relation to the radioactive source activity and the instrument's measuring rang. Generally, the revising to the error caused by radioactive source decay is necessary.
