含缺陷焊接结构J积分参量的工程估算法研究 被引量:1

摘要 以美国加州电力研究所(EPRI)的J积分工程估算法为基础,在一定的工程假定条件下,通过对焊接接头裂纹驱动力进行简单的工程分析,结合数值计算的结果,得出了焊接接头中裂纹驱动力J积分的工程估算法。对建议的估算方法与有限元的数值解进行了比较。经比较,证明了这些估算式在弹塑性条件下的正确性,使焊接接头裂纹缺陷的断裂驱动力参量计算成为可能。 Based upon the J domination and the electric power research institute EPRI/GE J estimation approach,an engineering treatment model of J integral is studied by taking a simple engineering assumptions.Synthesize the relevant data and result of finite element method,the J estimations of crack driving force of mis matched weldment is given.Comparing of the result,the datas which caculated by J estimation are in accord with the result derived by finite element method.So the J integral of mis matched welded shall be evaluat and use for assessment proceedure of welded structure containing defects.
