摘要
目的探讨全麻喉微瓣技术治疗声带息肉在完整切除病灶、减少瘢痕形成、最大限度地保留喉的发音功能等方面围手术期护理的重要性。方法我科2005年1月～2007年8月间127例声带息肉患者,在全麻支撑喉镜下利用显微微瓣手术,在Reinke层内完成手术操作,分析术后的效果。结果127例声带息肉患者术后均完成1～6个月随访,治愈115例,好转12例,复发0例。结论显微微瓣技术能够彻底治疗声带息肉,能最大限度地保留喉正常和高质量的发音功能,术前、术后护理宣教能够提高治疗效果,是治疗过程中重要环节。
Objective To explore the importance of perioperative nursing of micro-flap in treatment of vocal cord polyp resection of lesions under general anesthesia laryngeal in the fullly excise lesion.reduce scar formation, maximize the preservation of laryngeal pronunciation function. Methods 127 cases of vocal cord polyp patients in our department from January 2005 to August 2007 were done in the self-retaining laryngoscope under general anesthesia using significantly slightly flap surgery, in the Reinke layer to complete surgical operation, postoperatiye results were analyzed. Results 127 patients-with postoperative vocal, cord polyps had all completed a 6 month follow-up, 115 patients cured,improved in 12 cases,0 cases of recurrence. Conclusion The total micro-flap technology.treatment of vocal cord polyps, can significantly maximize the preservation of laryngeal function of normal and high-quality pronunciation.missionary preoperative and postoperative care can improve the therapeutic effect.is an important part of the course of treatment.
