摘要
在聚丙烯腈-偏氯乙烯(PAN/VDC)共聚物中添加10-40wt%的正十八烷微胶囊制备储热调温膜。研究表明,相变材料微胶囊(MicroPCMs)能够很好地分散在共聚物膜中,正十八烷微胶囊含量为40wt%时,储热调温膜的储热量在30J/g左右,热焓效率约为56%。含30wt%MicroPCMs的膜较参比试样的最大温差可达4.6℃。在正十八烷微胶囊添加量不超过30wt%时,膜的拉伸断裂强度在2.2MPa以上,断裂伸长在1~2.5%。
Thermo-regulated polyacrylonitrile-vinylidene chloride(PAN/VDC) films containing 10-40wt% of microencapsulated n-octadecane were fabricated.The results show that the microcapsules were intact and evenly distributed inside the polymer matrix.The enthalpy of the thermo-regulated film containing 40wt% MicroPCMs is approximately 30J/g.In addition,the efficiency of enthalpy of this film is approximately 56%.The temperature difference between the film containing 30wt% MicroPCMs and the control sample is up to 4.6℃.The tensile strength of the film with no more than 30wt% MicroPCMs is above 2.2MPa,and the strain is 1~2.5%.
