B超在眼内炎诊治过程中的应用

摘要 眼内炎是微生物侵入眼内组织生长繁殖，引起眼内多种组织破坏的炎症反应，是眼球穿通伤、手术及内源性感染的严重并发症。尽管随着眼科显微手术的发展和广谱抗生素的应用，眼内炎的治疗有了很大改观，但其预后并不乐观，常常导致视力的严重下降，甚至丧失眼球。结膜囊中含有金黄色的葡萄球菌和化脓性的链球菌。容易被带入眼内引起感染。早期的诊断和治疗对视力的恢复，促进防盲治肓工作的开展有很大的指导意义。
