摘要
天津市客商投资企业近年来有了长足的发展，其信息消费能力和需求量远大于内资企业，将成为建成后的天津信息港的最重要的用户之一。在信息需求内容方面，客商投资企业与内资企业不尽相同，主要集中于对政策信息、人才信息、经济信息的需求，而对于内资企业来说作为需求重点的科技信息，在目前不是客商投资企业的消费重点。在服务形式上，客商投资企业一般要求经过专业信息咨询人员加工过的有关某一方面的全面、完整、系统的信息，而对原始。
Abstract:The enterprises of foreign investment in Tianjin have developed rapidly in recent years.Their consuming capacity and requirement of infoemation are much greater than those of domestic investment.Therefore,they will become one of the most important information users for Tianjin part of information in this area.For these enterprises of foreign investment, their requirements of information comcentrate mainly on policy information,information of qualified personnel,and economic information.In contrast, the scienific and techni cal information is less important to them at present.In the form of information service, they require generally the information that has been processed by professional consultants while their requirment of original information is small relatively.
