摘要
目的:探讨视网膜脱离合并视网膜囊肿的超声图像特点。方法:应用眼科专用超声对27例(27只眼)视网膜脱离合并视网膜囊肿患者进行探查,记录玻璃体和视网膜情况。结果:本组23例(23只眼)为单发性视网膜囊肿,4例(4只眼)为多发性视网膜囊肿。声像图上表现为脱离的视网膜光带劈裂而形成圆形或椭圆形的无回声区。结论:视网膜脱离合并视网膜囊肿有特殊的影像表现,超声检查对其有重要诊断价值。
Objective： To study sonographic features of retinal cysts complicated with detached retina.Methods： Twenty-seven patients（27 eyes） with retinal cysts complicated with detached retina were examined with ophthalmologic ultrasound.Results： Single retinal cyst was found in 23 patients（23 eyes） and multiple retinal cysts were found in four patients（four eyes）.It showed in ultrasonography that the detached retina formed an oval round echo-free area.Conclusion： Retinal cysts have special expressions in ultrasonography.Ophthalmologic ultrasonography is valuable for the diagnosis of retinal cyst（s） complicated with retina detachment.
