摘要
油田注水是我国陆上采油的主要措施之一,该技术能有效保持地层压力,实现原油高产、稳产。注水开发中,注水电耗占原油生产总成本的较大比例,因此对注水系统的节能研究和改造具有很重要的现实意义。文章分析了增压泵变频调速控制串接大功率注水泵出口压力和流量技术,介绍了系统节能原理,并应用该技术对大庆采油注水站进行了实验改造,解决了注水泵泵效低、泵管压差大、单耗高等问题,节能效果明显,取得了良好的经济效益。
Water injection is one of the main measures of onshore oil production in China.It can maintain the formation pressure and achieve high and stable yield of crude oil effectively. In oil production, electricity consumption of water injection accounted for a large proportion of the total cost, so research and reform the energy-saving of water injection system has a very important practical significance. This paper analyzes the technology of booster pump variable frequency control, introduces the principle of energy conservation, and apply this technology to experimental reform on one water injection station in Daqing oilfield. Experimental results show that this technology Save energy effectively solve the problems such as low pump-efficiency of injection-pumps, large pressure difference between pump and tube and the high energy consumption. It has a good performance in energy-saving and achieved good economic benefits.
