摘要
指出住宅小区即居住区是构成城市的有机组成部分,也是一个城市和社会的缩影,在居住区规划与住宅设计中,积极推进"以人为核心"的设计观念和"可持续发展"方针,通过规划设计的创新活动,创造出具有地方特色、设施完善和达到21世纪居住标准的居住环境,从而使中国住宅建筑技术获得整体的提高。
It pointed out that residential quarter was organic composition of building city,and was also miniature of a city and society.The design concept of with human as core and sustainable development policy should be impelled actively in residential quarter planning and design,through innovation activity of planning design,the residential environment with local characteristics,complete facility and reached to 21 century residential standard was created,therefore made Chinese residential architectural art obtain general enhancement.
