摘要
目的利用Meta分析方法对血塞通注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床试验进行分析,评价其治疗效果。方法检索2004~2008年国内发表的血塞通注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床试验的相关文献,利用RevMan4.2软件对符合条件的文献进行Meta分析。结果采用固定效应模型计算,血塞通注射液治疗的效应值OR值为4.06,95%可信区间为〔2.88,5.72〕。结论血塞通注射液治疗急性脑梗死与对照组相比,疗效可能优于对照组。
OBJECTIVE To conduct a Meta-annlysis on the clinical trials of Xuesaitong injection for acute cerehra1 infarction and to evaluate its therapeutic efficacy.METHODS The related literature concerning the clinical trials of Xuesaitong injection in treating acute cerehra1 infarction published domestically between 2004～2008 was retrieved,and Meta-analysis was conducted on the selected literature by means of Review Manager 4.2 software.RESULTS Using the fixed effects model to analyze the data,the odds ratio of the efficacy of Xuesaitong injection is 4.06 and 95 % CI was [2.88, 5.72]. CONCLUSION The efficacy on the acute cerehral infarction of Xuesaitong injection used in the treatment group is better than that in the control group.
